​​Bobby J. Irani​

Bobby Irani is the senior vice president and principal accounting officer for Herbalife. He leads the company’s global accounting teams and functions, including external financial reporting and filings, financial consolidation of corporate entities, accounting processes, systems and operations, and oversight of the accounting functions at the company’s global business services locations.

Mr. Irani joined Herbalife in 2007, and prior to his current role as principal accounting officer, he served in various accounting positions, most recently as corporate controller. He has been instrumental in implementing new accounting standards and providing technical accounting oversight.

Before Herbalife, Mr. Irani held accounting related positions at companies such as NBCUniversal, Qualcomm, KPMG and Arthur Andersen. He earned a Bachelor of Science in accounting from the University of Southern California and an Executive Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. Mr. Irani is currently a certified public accountant in the state of California.
